The Congregation of the church has been getting smaller over the past few years, and it has been decided to close after 116 years of services at this location. The auction will be held on location at 51 S. Reedsburg Road, Wooster, Ohio. From Wooster take West Old Lincoln Way West to the Village of Reedsburg then South on Reedsburg Rd. Follow the signs.
REAL ESTATE: The real estate consists of The Church building which has 2187 square feet of space per Wayne County Auditor, brick construction with a cut sandstone foundation and is setting on just over 1 acre in the Hillsdale School district. The church kitchen and restrooms are all in the basement of the building. The last service was held on August 23, 2020. The sanctuary is complete with all the pews and stained-glass windows.
