Originally from Wooster, Ohio, Lee Ann spent 22 years in Denver, Colorado acquiring her real estate license in 2001. After many successful years selling new construction homes for several reputable builders including DR Horton, Lee Ann also worked in residential resale and assisted as a mortgage closer in the heighth of the refinance market. Before relocating back to Wooster in 2011, Lee Ann had the opportunity to work for a real estate team lead by a broker who was top 1% in the Denver market. “ My ability to work in a fast paced, competitive real estate market took my real estate skills to a new level and exposed me to the knowledge and experience on how to build a real estate investment portfolio and property management.”
