John Meyer
John Meyer has been a full-time Realtor since September 1994. Prior to coming to Wooster, his family traveled many states before his father retired from the United States Air Force in 1973. Upon settling in Wooster, he attended St. Mary’s School and graduated from Wooster High School and the Wayne County Schools Career Center in 1984 from the Drafting Program. He is a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church and the 4th Degree Knights of Columbus and is an officer with The Wooster Elk’s Lodge. John first started his career with Rubbermaid as a design engineer and having always been inspired to be an architect, he decided to put his design experience and his love of houses into a new career – Real Estate.

Lee Ann Fead
Originally from Wooster, Ohio, Lee Ann spent 22 years in Denver, Colorado acquiring her real estate license in 2001. After many successful years selling new construction homes for several reputable builders including DR Horton, Lee Ann also worked in residential resale and assisted as a mortgage closer in the heighth of the refinance market. I started my employment history right out of high school in banking for 17 years with experience in all aspects of the financial business with my main emphasis on mortgage lending. I then was given the opportunity to work for the next nine years with a local Real Estate Attorney doing real estate closings then moving to work with another local title company. Roger Kamp

Sue Hand
Sue is co-owner of RE/MAX Showcase with her husband Jim. Sue and Jim enjoy spending time with their 4 children and 5 grandchildren whenever possible. With the recent purchase of a small farm they hope to create many special memories with their family and friends. A vegetable garden is planned for next spring and we're sure that the animal population will grow.
They currently care for a horse, dog and 7 cats but could possibly include chickens next year. Recent trips to Scotland and Ireland have encouraged them to make time to travel more often. Her career in Finance spans more than 25 years with Swagelok Co. in Solon, Ohio. She earned two degrees, the first in Animal Science from ATI/OSU and the second in Business Administration from Hiram College. Sue assists with the Real Estate business when possible and plans to be more involved when she retires.

Born and raised in Parkersburg, WV and moving to Wooster, OH in 2000, Traci Pauley is a graduate of Penn State University. She began her real estate career in WV, getting her WV real estate license in 1999 and her Ohio license in 2004. Luke Given
Since 2019, Luke has been serving his clients whether buying, selling or investing in real estate. Luke has the opportunity to serve clients in the Ashland, Richland, Wyane and surounding areas. Luke has achived Ohio Realtor's Presidents Sales club two years in a row. Luke is also very involved in the Ashland Ohio community. Mark received his auction training from the Mendenhall School of Auctioneering and his real estate credentials from Ashland University. Specializing in Real Estate, automobile, and estate auctions . Mark retired from the City of Wooster, Fire Division, in 2004 after 29 years of service, and has since devoted his efforts in the auction and real estate full time! He and his wife Sandy reside in Jeromesville, and have 4 children and 8 grandchildren .
Roger Kamp
Roger has been involved in various types of sales for many years. In April of 2005 he received his Ohio Realtors license and began his career in Real Estate sales. Having being born and raised in this community, he would be pleased to represent you in any Real Estate needs you may have. Roger was born and raised on a dairy farm and still lives today on the family farm west of Wooster in Ashland County. His passion is his community and he likes to stay involved in his church and as the Treasurer of the Board of the local New Pittsburg Fire Department. He is also very involved in the local Wayne-Holmes Association of Realtors. Roger has served on the Board of Directors and has held various offices including President, President-elect and Committee Chairperson. On the State and National level he has served on State committees and always strives to attend State meetings and conferences as well as an occasional National Convention. In 2010, he was awarded the "Realtor of the Year" award, and in 2020 was awarded with the "Hall of Fame" award from our local Wayne-Holmes Association. SStephanie joined The Home Team as a Buyer Specialist in 2021, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in residential real estate. She prides herself on working in her clients' best interest, explaining the home-buying process every step of the way. Sue Hand
Sue is co-owner of RE/MAX Showcase with her husband Jim. Sue and Jim enjoy spending time with their 4 children and 5 grandchildren whenever possible. With the recent purchase of a small farm they hope to create many special memories with their family and friends. A vegetable garden is planned for next spring and we're sure that the animal population will grow.
They currently care for a horse, dog and 7 cats but could possibly include chickens next year. Recent trips to Scotland and Ireland have encouraged them to make time to travel more often. Her career in Finance spans more than 25 years with Swagelok Co. in Solon, Ohio. She earned two degrees, the first in Animal Science from ATI/OSU and the second in Business Administration from Hiram College. Sue assists with the Real Estate business when possible and plans to be more involved when she retires.

Traci Pauley
Born and raised in Parkersburg, WV and moving to Wooster, OH in 2000, Traci Pauley is a graduate of Penn State University. She began her real estate career in WV, getting her WV real estate license in 1999 and her Ohio license in 2004. Traci worked alongside Mary Beth Henthorne for many years and says she “learned everything she knows from her” and prides herself in doing business honestly and ethically, as Mary Beth always did. In 2016 Traci attended classes and received her GRI designation (Graduate of Realtor Institute) and is currently studying for her OH Real Estate Broker’s License Exam. Traci lives in Wooster with her large family which includes her husband, Mike Huffman, his 3 kids and her own son, Alec, who attends Wooster High School. Traci loves movies and enjoys the little free time she has, on their boat at Pleasant Hill Lake. Traci loves to dance, and when time allows, attends a weekly adult tap dancing class.
