Donald "Bud" Doty
Bud recently got his Real Estate license, and joined RE/MAX Showcase, Team-Millersburg. Having lived in Holmes County all of his life he has seen the Real Estate market go up and down a lot over the years. For the past 30 years he has lived mostly at Lake Buckhorn, in southern Holmes County. Real Estate turns over often there, as a lot of the homes there are weekend homes. He has always wanted to be involved with the transfer of property at the Lake. He has personally owned 8 homes at Lake Buckhorn and has built 4 homes there, so he is familiar with the process, and rules at the Lake. He would like an opportunity to help you with your Real Estate needs.
As the real estate market becomes more challenging, it demands more help from a Realtor in today’s market. There are sometimes issues that need the expertise of a Real Estate agent. Bud plans on concentrating on the Wayne, Holmes, and Coshocton county areas along with Lake Buckhorn, especially, since he lives there. Please feel free to call him with any questions you may have, as a Real Estate transaction is still the largest investment that you will make.
